Enterprise Application Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Enterprise Application Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Enterprise Application Engineers, overseeing their hiring, onboarding, and career development
• Develop and maintain the strategic roadmap for enterprise application and integration architecture, acting as a technical consultant for business leaders
• Manage SaaS applications, including Google Workspace and Atlassian stack, while ensuring security and efficiency in identity and access management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years in Enterprise Systems or Application Engineering, with at least 3+ years in a management or technical lead role
• Deep experience with Google Workspace and Atlassian stack in large-scale environments
• Expert-level experience with Identity Providers such as Okta, including policy creation and integrations
• Proven experience in building and managing integrations and automating IT processes using scripting languages
