Enterprise Application Integration Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Enterprise Application Integration Engineer, the successful candidate will design, implement, and support complex system-to-system integrations for the Veterans Enrollment System (VES), ensuring secure and reliable data exchange with various enterprise partners.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise integration solutions between VES and partner systems
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to ensure interoperability across platforms
• Monitor integration performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements for reliability and scalability

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience
• Experience integrating enterprise systems across multiple platforms and environments
• Experience troubleshooting complex distributed application and data integration issues
• Experience supporting system-to-system integrations in large-scale enterprise environments
• Experience with data exchange patterns, messaging systems, API integrations, and event-driven architectures
