Enterprise Application Owner

Job Summary

Responsible for the full lifecycle of the Account Management Platform, the full-time Enterprise Application Owner will manage strategic vision, oversee financial accountability, and ensure operational delivery while working remotely from anywhere in the US or Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the application's long-term strategic vision and manage the actionable Application Roadmap
• Lead the Intake and Prioritization process for change requests, managing the Total Cost of Ownership and vendor relationships
• Ensure successful delivery of projects and maintain the application's performance, reliability, and compliance with governance policies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of technology experience with at least 3 years in an Application Owner or similar role focused on large-scale Enterprise Applications
• Demonstrated experience in defining and managing a multi-year application roadmap
• Proven ability to manage budgets and Total Cost of Ownership
• Strong understanding of modern software development methodologies and relevant systems such as Benefit Administration Systems and Dynamics CRM
