Job Summary
To ensure the proper functioning of live, operational, customer-facing environments, the full-time Enterprise Application Support Specialist III will manage day-to-day operational activities, mentor team members, and coordinate software updates in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Active monitoring and review of production applications for performance and accuracy
- Cooperative troubleshooting with technical teams and managing on-call support in a 24/7 production environment
- Preparation and coordination of ITMS environment plans for software releases and updates
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise application support or technical operations
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Server platforms and MS SQL Server 2008+ administration
- Experience with XML, HTTPS, MS .NET, and client-server architecture
- 3+ years of experience with Linux CLI and network/system administration
- Proven ability to document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
