Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage identity and access infrastructure, including provisioning and access reviews
Build and oversee an AI tool intake process and define governance guardrails
Automate IT workflows and implement a SaaS management platform for visibility and governance

Qualifications

3-6 years of experience in IT systems, enterprise applications, or SaaS operations
Hands-on experience with identity providers like Okta or Microsoft Entra ID
Fluency in automation through scripting (Python or PowerShell) or no-code tools
Familiarity with SOC 2 or similar compliance frameworks
Experience with SaaS management platforms and administration of tools like Jira, HubSpot, or Zendesk
