Enterprise Applications Developer

Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time salaried Staff Enterprise Applications Developer will analyze complex business challenges and develop solutions on the IBM Maximo platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support applications on the IBM Maximo platform
• Collaborate with teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and build integrations with enterprise systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across applications, integrations, and workflows, while creating documentation and test plans

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 8-12 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 5-7 years, or a PhD with 2-4 years
• Extensive experience with IBM Maximo, including implementation, configuration, and customization
• Proficiency in Python, Jython, JavaScript, SQL, and XML for automation and integrations
• Strong understanding of Maximo architecture, workflows, and integration frameworks
• Experience with REST/JSON integrations and building complex BIRT reports
