Enterprise Applications Developer

Job Summary

Analyzing complex business challenges, the full-time Staff Enterprise Applications Developer will design, develop, and support applications on the IBM Maximo platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Maximo-based solutions to address business needs
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment
• Enhance Maximo through configurations, workflows, automation scripts, and reporting tools

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 8-12 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 5-7 years, or a PhD with 2-4 years of experience
• Extensive experience with IBM Maximo, including implementation and customization
• Proficiency in Python, Jython, JavaScript, SQL, and XML for automation and integrations
• Experience building BIRT reports and implementing workflow processes
• Strong understanding of database systems, especially DB2, and Maximo architecture
