Enterprise Applications Lead

Job Summary

Owning PMO governance for enterprise application projects, the full-time salaried Enterprise Applications Lead will manage project intake, prioritization, vendor implementation coordination, and delivery tracking while ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise application project intake, prioritization, and governance processes
• Coordinate vendor implementations, renewals, and contract-related project visibility
• Drive cross-functional stakeholder alignment and facilitate decision-making across teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in PMO, project/portfolio management, or IT delivery
• Experience with governing enterprise application/SaaS projects and objective prioritization
• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, and HR systems
• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Power BI, or Excel for reporting and tracking
