Enterprise Applications Lead

Job Summary

To support enterprise application governance, the full-time remote Enterprise Applications Lead will manage project intake, prioritization, and vendor coordination for SaaS and business systems while ensuring alignment among cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the project intake process and prioritize enterprise application initiatives using objective scoring methods
• Coordinate vendor implementations and renewals, maintaining visibility on project milestones and contract timelines
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and communication across various departments to ensure project scope and delivery expectations are met

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent practical experience considered
• 6+ years of experience in PMO, project/portfolio management, or IT delivery, particularly with enterprise application governance
• Demonstrated experience with objective prioritization methods such as RICE scoring
• Experience coordinating vendor implementations and renewals with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, etc.) and proficiency in tools like Jira and Power BI for reporting
