Enterprise Applications Lead

Job Summary

Owning PMO governance for enterprise application projects, the full-time salaried Enterprise Applications Lead will manage project intake, prioritization, and delivery tracking for third-party systems and SaaS platforms while coordinating with Business Owners and Tech Owners to ensure alignment and visibility across initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise application project intake, prioritization, and routing of SaaS/business-systems requests
• Coordinate vendor implementations, renewals, and contract-related project visibility
• Drive cross-functional stakeholder alignment and facilitate clear communication and decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in PMO, project/portfolio management, or IT delivery
• Demonstrated experience in governing enterprise application/SaaS project intake and prioritization
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) and reporting tools like Power BI/Excel
• PMP/PgMP and/or change-management certification preferred
