Enterprise Applications Manager

Job Summary

To enhance enterprise application performance, the full-time salaried Enterprise Applications Manager will oversee Workday, Salesforce, Freshworks, and other platforms, driving initiatives and managing a technical support team in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT/technical owner for Workday HCM, Workday Financials, Salesforce, and Freshworks, ensuring effective integration and administration
• Lead and develop a team of technical specialists, providing guidance and support for application issues and vendor management
• Drive ongoing platform initiatives and maintain relationships with external vendors while managing contract lifecycle processes

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience administering and supporting enterprise applications (Workday, Salesforce, Freshworks, or similar)
• Demonstrated experience in leading and developing a technical support/development team
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills with experience in HR, Finance, and Marketing
• Experience with vendor management, contract negotiation, and renewal processes
• Familiarity with data architecture, system integration concepts, and API-based application connections
