Enterprise Applications Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly technical and strategic Enterprise Applications Manager, this full-time remote position will manage the end-to-end delivery of complex integration projects between Salesforce and various enterprise applications, ensuring data consistency and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the design and deployment of integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using Workato or similar platforms
• Act as technical product owner for enterprise application initiatives, gathering requirements and prioritizing feature requests
• Create and maintain Salesforce product roadmaps and manage complex data models to ensure data integrity and optimize reporting

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Salesforce administration, or technical product management with a focus on integrations
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using iPaaS platforms
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce including data models, security models, and automation tools; Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
• Strong understanding of API concepts, including REST/SOAP and authentication methods
• Advanced SQL and Excel skills for data analysis and transformation
