Enterprise Applications Systems Administrator

Job Summary

Seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Applications Systems Administrator, this full-time position offers a hybrid work environment in Dublin, Ireland or Barcelona, Spain, or remote options in Portugal and the UK, focusing on the architecture, integrations, and operational excellence of core collaboration platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Atlassian.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the technical owner and subject matter expert for enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms
• Develop and communicate platform roadmaps, governance standards, and long-term strategies for supported applications
• Lead the rollout, adoption, and organizational training of AI-powered workplace technologies

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Systems Administration or Enterprise Applications Administration
• Deep hands-on experience with enterprise collaboration platforms including Google Workspace and Slack
• Experience managing AI-powered workplace technologies and leading organizational enablement initiatives
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies and industry best practices
• Proven project management skills with the ability to execute multiple initiatives in fast-paced environments
