Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve architecture strategy, integration patterns, and data models for learning and skills
• Design integrations and workflows with various HR and talent management systems
• Engage with customers as the principal architect, overseeing technical aspects during global rollouts

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise or solution architecture roles in SaaS or HR tech
• 2+ years leading large enterprise software deployments
• Strong experience with API-based integrations and middleware solutions
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency in security architecture and automation solutions
