Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve reference architecture, integration patterns, and data models for learning and talent management
• Design integrations and workflows with various HR and talent systems
• Engage with customers as a principal architect, leading workshops and overseeing global rollouts

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise or solution architecture roles in SaaS or HR tech
• 2+ years leading large enterprise software deployments
• Strong experience with API-based integrations and data mapping
• Proficiency in building automation and middleware solutions
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
