Enterprise Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Analyst (Architect | Customer Success).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise-level architecture frameworks aligned with customer requirements
• Conduct analysis of customer environments to recommend integration and configuration strategies
• Serve as a subject matter expert on identity management and guide customers through technical decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 6+ years of experience in technical support, operations, engineering, or systems analysis
• Proven experience in enterprise architecture or solution design within healthcare or related industries
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), APIs, SQL, and integration patterns
• Expertise in data modeling, identity management, and interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR)
