Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to deliver tailored Microsoft and Azure cloud solutions while leading deployments, upgrades, and migrations
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams, recommending new technologies and sharing best practices
• Manage support tickets and oversee the escalation process to ensure timely resolution of critical issues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 10+ years of experience working with Enterprise customers in a consultative capacity
• Experience delivering presentations to diverse audiences
• Strong leadership and motivational skills for effective team management
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
