Enterprise Architect

Job Summary

To support the Enterprise Fiscal Management team, the remote contract Enterprise Product & Systems Architect will define technical strategy and product vision, lead digital transformations, and oversee vendor accountability while ensuring compliance with security and performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the long-term technical strategy and roadmap for enterprise financial and human capital management systems
• Lead digital transformations and ensure solution designs adhere to integration patterns and security standards
• Partner with managed services vendors to evaluate technical trade-offs and hold them accountable to SLAs

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of extensive public sector experience supporting large state or government agencies
• 12+ years of experience in systems analysis and technical support for large-scale enterprise application systems
• 10+ years of experience preparing and conducting executive-level presentations
• 10+ years of core technical experience with PeopleSoft FSCM or HCM 9.2 and related technologies
• 2+ years of experience managing outsourced technical teams and overseeing a Managed Services provider
