Enterprise Architect
Job Summary
To support strategic technology initiatives, the full-time salaried Enterprise Architect will provide leadership in enterprise architecture across business capabilities and technology domains, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while working onsite in Minneapolis approximately once a month.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the overall technology strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and operational needs
- Lead enterprise-level architecture analysis, including current-state assessments and modernization recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote architecture standards and facilitate discussions on tradeoffs and dependencies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of IT architecture experience, including enterprise, solution, cloud, and application architecture
- Experience developing enterprise roadmaps and architecture decision guidance across multiple technology domains
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and security architecture concepts
- Experience with Salesforce or ERP implementation and modernization efforts
