A company is looking for a Presales Senior Enterprise Architect (Field CTO) in the Banking Industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customer executives and partners to identify challenges and demonstrate the ServiceNow platform's potential
• Lead enterprise architecture engagements aligning ServiceNow capabilities with customer initiatives
• Articulate the value of ServiceNow solutions through workshops and strategic advisory deliverables

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT experience, with 10+ years in pre-sales or customer-focused roles
• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow solutions and current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
• Expertise in designing and managing advanced architectures and familiarity with architecture frameworks
• Experience integrating AI into workflows and designing robust IT solutions
• Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams while fostering a culture of improvement
