Enterprise Architect for M&A Integration
Job Summary
Supporting M&A integration efforts, the full-time remote Enterprise Architect for M&A Integration will assess current-state application landscapes, define target-state architecture, and translate complex integration requirements into actionable architecture decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead current-state architecture assessments across application, data, and integration landscapes for M&A transactions
- Define target-state application and integration architecture to guide post-merger integration or divestiture separation
- Develop architecture blueprints, dependency views, and documentation to support integration or carve-out sequencing
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of enterprise and/or solution architecture experience
- Experience supporting M&A integration, carve-out, or divestiture programs
- Demonstrated experience across business, application, data, integration, and infrastructure architecture
- Experience developing current-state assessments and target-state architecture roadmaps
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency, with the ability to perform all work within the continental United States
