Job Summary

A company is looking for a Presales Senior Enterprise Architect (Field CTO).

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and collaborate with customer executives to address pain points and demonstrate the ServiceNow platform's potential
• Lead enterprise architecture engagements that align ServiceNow capabilities with customer strategic initiatives
• Shape and communicate a compelling vision that connects customer business strategies with the ServiceNow platform

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT experience, including 10+ years in pre-sales or customer-focused roles
• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow solutions and current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
• Expertise in designing and managing advanced architectures and familiarity with industry architecture frameworks
• Experience integrating AI into workflows and understanding of emerging technology trends
• Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
