Enterprise Architect - ServiceNow

Job Summary

Leading the design and governance of ServiceNow solutions within the telecom domain, the full-time remote Enterprise Architect - ServiceNow will translate business needs into technical solutions while ensuring alignment with telecom-specific standards and maximizing the effectiveness of ServiceNow modules.

Key responsibilities

• Define and develop end-to-end architecture for ServiceNow implementations in the telecom domain
• Act as a liaison between technical teams, business leaders, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment with business strategy
• Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other telecom platforms and lead digital transformation initiatives

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with at least 5 years in the telecom domain
• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow architecture and hands-on implementation of TSOM and TSM modules
• Expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow platform, particularly in telecom modules like TSOM and TSM
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and relevant implementation specialist certifications preferred
• Strong understanding of TM Forum frameworks and Open Digital Architecture (ODA)
