• Own the EA strategy, operating framework, and roadmap
• Mature the EA function, including design principles, governance, and processes
• Collaborate with IT leadership to define technology strategy and influence investment decisions

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise and solution architecture
• Hands-on experience leading large-scale digital transformation
• Strong understanding of core technologies, particularly SAP ERP and S/4HANA
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and security management best practices
• Experience in large, global, multi-system environments
