Enterprise Architecture Director

Job Summary

Driving innovation and strategic alignment, the full-time remote Director of Enterprise Architecture & Technology Strategy will define the organization's technology vision and architecture standards while ensuring compliance and fostering collaboration across business units and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the enterprise architecture framework and governance processes
• Develop and execute a multi-year technology strategy aligned with business goals
• Partner with executive leadership to shape technology investments and ensure alignment with customer experience and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• 12-15+ years in IT, with significant experience in enterprise architecture or technology strategy
• Proven leadership experience managing senior architects or cross-functional teams
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern architectures
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data architecture, and enterprise systems
• Experience driving large-scale transformation initiatives
