Enterprise Architecture Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Architecture Lead to oversee technology architecture initiatives and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and lead a future-ready EA practice aligned with business and IT strategies
• Drive strategic initiatives such as Data Lakehouse integration and AI-based decision support
• Define and maintain reference architectures and lead development of modular architecture

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in enterprise architecture leadership
• Strong knowledge of utility operations, regulatory compliance, and cyber-resiliency
• Proven experience with cloud platforms, container technologies, microservices, and AI/ML integration
• Familiarity with EA tools such as LeanIX and EA frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman)
