Key Responsibilities

• Support discovery and concept phases by defining scope, objectives, and high-level requirements
• Elicit, analyze, validate, and manage requirements through structured techniques
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure shared understanding

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 7 or more years of experience in business analysis, requirements management, or business process modeling
• Experience supporting healthcare organizations or healthcare-related initiatives
• Strong expertise in requirements gathering methodologies and structured analysis techniques
• Proven ability to uncover underlying business needs and align outcomes with organizational objectives
