Enterprise Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Business Analyst to support complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive operational and technology transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and requirements gathering for large enterprise-level initiatives involving multiple business units
• Analyze current-state processes, identify gaps, and develop future-state workflows and recommendations for improvement
• Develop and maintain business requirements documents, process maps, user stories, and related project documentation

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles supporting large-scale initiatives
• Proven experience leading analysis efforts on complex projects with large stakeholder groups
• Experience creating detailed process flows, future-state models, and enterprise documentation
• Strong proficiency with documentation, collaboration, and project tracking tools
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred; IIBA certifications are a plus
