Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Business Development Manager to identify and build relationships with potential nationwide enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, developing and managing the sales pipeline to meet targets
  • Research the market to identify potential leads and revenue opportunities aligned with the company's strategy
  • Form relationships with customers to achieve profitable sales and assist in the onboarding of new clients
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
  • 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and training
  • Advanced knowledge of selling energy and carbon reduction solutions for multi-location clients
  • Advanced knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Advanced knowledge of commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment
