Job Summary

Reporting to the VP of Sales, the full-time remote Enterprise Business Development Representative will generate new business pipeline through outbound prospecting, conduct thorough research to identify potential leads, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Key responsibilities
  • Generate new business pipeline primarily through outbound prospecting
  • Conduct thorough research to identify and qualify potential leads and execute account outreach plans
  • Proactively connect with prospects and schedule discovery calls to ensure continuity with Account Executives
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in an Enterprise BDR/SDR role selling SaaS
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales motions and complex buying processes
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and hunter mentality
  • Highly organized in managing outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline
