Job Summary
To support long-term partnerships with Enterprise clients, the full-time salaried Enterprise Care Specialist will guide new and existing accounts through education, setup, and onboarding of training offerings while managing client relationships remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for Enterprise clients, establishing strong partnerships with stakeholders
- Drive early success for new clients through proactive account setup and onboarding efforts
- Develop client success plans, identifying business goals and driving the achievement of key milestones
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2-5 years in a customer-facing support role, ideally with enterprise corporate or government clients
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets for managing documentation and operational workflows
- Strong administrative skills with experience in tracking, analyzing, and managing metrics and KPIs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple clients
