Job Summary
Supporting enterprise system initiatives, the full-time salaried Enterprise Change Lead will manage change, communication, business readiness, and training coordination to ensure successful adoption of ERP and finance systems while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and adapt change, communication, readiness, and training plans based on business and technical needs
- Identify impacted audiences, adoption risks, readiness gaps, and leader support needs
- Translate system and process changes into clear operational impacts for employees
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience supporting organizational change, business readiness, or system adoption initiatives
- Experience with ERP, CRM, finance, or enterprise platforms in complex environments
- Ability to translate technical and operational changes into clear communications and readiness activities
- Confidence working across technical and business teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
