Job Summary

Reporting directly to the Chief Claims Officer, the full-time remote VP, Enterprise Claims Initiatives will act as a strategic advisor and project management leader, driving transformation and continuous improvement across claims operations while engaging with stakeholders and managing cross-functional project teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise senior leadership on best practices and process improvements within claims management
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, establishing timelines and ensuring efficient deliverables
  • Analyze claims data to identify optimization opportunities and provide actionable recommendations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of claims, project management, or consulting experience
  • Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and current project management tools
  • Proven expertise in project management methodologies and change management
  • Proficiency with claims systems and collaboration tools
