Job Summary
Serving as the senior relationship owner for Alma's largest health plan accounts, the full-time remote Enterprise Client Executive will develop strategic partnerships, drive business growth, and ensure mutual success through collaborative initiatives with healthcare stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Develop collaborative relationships with external health plan executives to identify growth opportunities
- Execute strategic plans to exceed growth and retention targets for health plan partnerships
- Track partnership performance and optimize strategies based on trends and opportunities
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or strategic account management within healthcare or related industries
- Extensive experience managing relationships with national and regional health plans
- Proven ability to influence executives and key stakeholders
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills
