Job Summary

Serving as the senior relationship owner for Alma's largest health plan accounts, the full-time remote Enterprise Client Executive will develop strategic partnerships, drive business growth, and ensure mutual success through collaborative initiatives with healthcare stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop collaborative relationships with external health plan executives to identify growth opportunities
  • Execute strategic plans to exceed growth and retention targets for health plan partnerships
  • Track partnership performance and optimize strategies based on trends and opportunities
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or strategic account management within healthcare or related industries
  • Extensive experience managing relationships with national and regional health plans
  • Proven ability to influence executives and key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills
