Enterprise Client Relationship Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP Relationship Management - Enterprise Clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with key enterprise clients
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and implement strategies to strengthen partnerships
• Drive growth through cross-selling opportunities and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions

Required Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Business Relationship Management with strong client-facing and account management skills
• Experience in Finance and Financial Services, particularly with consumer-directed benefits
• Exposure to Sales and ability to identify growth opportunities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous
• Previous experience with enterprise-level clients in the healthcare or benefits administration industry is a plus
