Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate new client implementation and understand each account's pain points
- Provide proactive and consultative client support throughout the client engagement
- Drive revenue growth and identify upsell opportunities for large clients
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Finance, or Economics
- 4+ years of experience as a customer success manager in a SaaS, Fintech, or Financial services company
- Experience within the financial industry strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Excel, Gsuite, and related software
- Candidate must be able to work EST business hours
