Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate new client implementation and understand each account's pain points
  • Provide proactive and consultative client support throughout the client engagement
  • Drive revenue growth and identify upsell opportunities for large clients
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Finance, or Economics
  • 4+ years of experience as a customer success manager in a SaaS, Fintech, or Financial services company
  • Experience within the financial industry strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel, Gsuite, and related software
  • Candidate must be able to work EST business hours
