Job Summary
Serving as a strategic relationship leader, the full-time Enterprise Client Success Manager will manage a portfolio of enterprise and private equity clients remotely, focusing on building partnerships with C-suite stakeholders to drive account growth and ensure value realization through technology solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop trusted partnerships with enterprise-level clients to understand their investment objectives and operational priorities
- Prepare and deliver regular business reviews with executive stakeholders, providing strategic recommendations for portfolio growth
- Identify revenue expansion opportunities and support client engagement through proactive check-ins and cross-functional collaboration
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Enterprise or Private Equity Client Success, Account Management, or Relationship Management in SaaS or financial technology environments
- Strong understanding of ERP platforms, particularly Sage Intacct, and experience with financial workflows in Construction/Real Estate
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships and engage with executive stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work in EST hours
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize across multiple clients
