Enterprise Communications Generalist

Job Summary

Providing strategic communications direction and tactical support, the full-time Enterprise Communications Generalist will collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement integrated communication plans, manage partner relationships, and enhance the effectiveness of communications across various channels in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute multifaceted communication plans that align with business objectives and enhance stakeholder engagement
• Own the creation of integrated messaging across diverse communication channels, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and brand alignment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive planning and execution of communication initiatives, tracking performance and impact

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in communications, marketing communications, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline
• Proven experience serving as a communications consultant to executives and senior leaders
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated experience using analytics to inform communications strategies and assess their effectiveness
