Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time Enterprise Communications Specialist will develop and execute a variety of communications materials to support business objectives, ensuring quality and alignment with corporate messaging in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and edit diverse communications materials, ensuring they are audience-focused and meet company standards
• Manage project timelines and collaborate with subject matter experts for communications reviews and approvals
• Work with colleagues to align messaging across various platforms and recommend process improvements for efficiency

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of related work experience in communications, marketing, or public relations
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
• Proven ability to execute multi-audience strategic communications plans
• Expertise in writing for diverse audiences and familiarity with AP style
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
