Job Summary
Managing the overall delivery and operational performance of the Enterprise Compute Tower, the full-time salaried Enterprise Compute Lead will oversee Windows and Linux infrastructure support teams, ensuring high availability and optimal performance of enterprise computing environments while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Windows and Linux infrastructure support teams, managing SLA, KPI, and operational excellence objectives
- Oversee day-to-day operations of Windows and Linux server infrastructures, ensuring compliance with security and performance standards
- Drive infrastructure automation initiatives and lead incident management activities to resolve critical compute-related issues
Required qualifications
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in IT infrastructure management
- Proficient in managing Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux environments (RHEL, Ubuntu, etc.)
- Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure, AWS, and GCP
- Familiarity with automation tools like PowerShell, Ansible, and Terraform
