Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute change management strategies, including stakeholder mapping and driving adoption within client organizations
  • Communicate Ramp's impact in financial terms, connecting implementation milestones to P&L outcomes and managing executive-level relationships
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise customer success or implementations, with a proven track record of navigating complex organizations
  • Demonstrated experience in enterprise change management, with measurable results in workflow adoption
  • Fluency in using AI tools for customer engagement and workflow optimization as a standard practice
  • Ability to communicate financial impacts effectively to C-suite executives
  • Technical acumen to engage in conversations about integrations, APIs, and workflow architecture
