Job Summary
Transforming enterprise financial processes, the full-time remote Enterprise Customer Activation Manager will lead clients through implementation and workflow adoption, ensuring measurable business outcomes and stakeholder engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Guide enterprise customers through the transformation journey from implementation to workflow adoption, focusing on time-to-value and business outcomes
- Develop and execute change management strategies, including stakeholder mapping and driving adoption within client organizations
- Communicate Ramp's impact in financial terms, connecting implementation milestones to P&L outcomes and managing executive-level relationships
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise customer success or implementations, with a proven track record of navigating complex organizations
- Demonstrated experience in enterprise change management, with measurable results in workflow adoption
- Fluency in using AI tools for customer engagement and workflow optimization as a standard practice
- Ability to communicate financial impacts effectively to C-suite executives
- Technical acumen to engage in conversations about integrations, APIs, and workflow architecture
