Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Customer Partnership Executive to manage relationships with its largest healthcare customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for assigned customers, providing consultative support and ensuring satisfaction
  • Lead strategic engagement efforts, manage the customer lifecycle, and support upsell and renewal initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, analyze customer data, and present performance reports
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience with 7+ years in the US Healthcare Industry
  • Familiarity with 340B program operations and revenue integrity practices
  • Strong relationship management and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Dynamics CRM
  • Experience in achieving revenue retention and growth targets
