Job Summary
To lead the successful adoption and long-term value realization of autonomous floor cleaning robotics solutions, the full-time Associate Director, Enterprise Customer Experience will drive customer engagement, provide strategic consulting, and leverage analytics to enhance operational efficiencies in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive customer adoption of robotic floor cleaning solutions through onboarding, training, and best practice guidance
- Act as a strategic consultant, aligning robotics usage with customer operational goals and growth strategies
- Build long-term customer relationships and advocate for product improvements based on customer feedback
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise customer success, strategic account management, or operational transformation roles
- Proven experience in program management with successful frameworks and processes implementation
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
- Experience in high-tech software, services, and/or hardware sectors
