Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Customer Partnership Executive - West.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships and engage strategically with assigned 340B and Revenue Integrity customers
• Provide consultative support and resolve issues efficiently while monitoring customer engagement and performance metrics
• Conduct proactive check-ins and business reviews to track health, adoption, and renewals while supporting retention and up-sell goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in the US healthcare industry
• Familiarity with 340B program operations and revenue integrity
• Proficiency in data analysis, Microsoft Office, Dynamics CRM, and virtual conferencing tools
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and managing multiple priorities
