Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer lifecycle from implementation to renewal, aiming for high retention rates and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Sales team to identify cross-sell opportunities and support account growth
  • Provide actionable feedback to Product team based on customer insights to enhance offerings

Required Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of customer success, sales, or account management experience in a similar business environment
  • Experience or knowledge of the education/non-profit market
  • Proven ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization and collaborate successfully
  • Determination and grit to work in a growing start-up environment
  • Ability to conduct effective presentations to executive audiences, support sales efforts, and secure renewals
