Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in upselling at a B2B SaaS company
- Proven ability to maintain strong relationships across all business levels
- Experience in project management concepts and conflict resolution
- Comfortable working in a scaling environment and advocating for customers
