Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with large customers to ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Develop strategic plans to achieve renewal and expansion targets
  • Serve as a customer advocate and facilitate communication between customers and internal teams
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in upselling at a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven ability to maintain strong relationships across all business levels
  • Experience in project management concepts and conflict resolution
  • Comfortable working in a scaling environment and advocating for customers
