Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to manage relationships with Enterprise and Strategic customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of Enterprise & Strategic clients through their post-sales journey, including adoption and renewals
  • Drive business process recommendations to enhance adoption, retention, and value achievement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate outcomes and prepare strategic Business Reviews
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Business Development in a SaaS organization
  • Experience with complex, multi-divisional, and multi-geographical customers
  • Proven ability to develop relationships with customer C-Suite
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Demonstrated track record as a strategic Customer Success Manager
