Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to customers, leading planning and kickoff calls
- Collaborate with technical counterparts to develop and execute deployment project plans
- Drive product adoption and analyze customer environments to maximize value
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in an Account Management or Customer Success role focused on cybersecurity technical teams
- Consulting background is highly preferred
- Strong grounding in project management, particularly in onboarding and implementation
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and challenging customer situations
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of cloud and Privileged Access Management (PAM)
