Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to customers, leading planning and kickoff calls
  • Collaborate with technical counterparts to develop and execute deployment project plans
  • Drive product adoption and analyze customer environments to maximize value
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years in an Account Management or Customer Success role focused on cybersecurity technical teams
  • Consulting background is highly preferred
  • Strong grounding in project management, particularly in onboarding and implementation
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and challenging customer situations
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of cloud and Privileged Access Management (PAM)
