Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Align partnership activities with customer business objectives and demonstrate measurable value outcomes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer success throughout the lifecycle and drive renewals


Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in Customer Success or a similar customer-facing role in a SaaS or subscription-based business
  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and a varied book of business
  • Exceptional relationship management skills with a proven ability to build and grow relationships at an executive level
  • Proficiency with common go-to-market frameworks such as Command of the Message Framework and MEDDIC
  • Experience analyzing digital customer experience metrics to generate actionable recommendations
