Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the post-sale customer lifecycle across a portfolio of enterprise accounts
  • Lead strategic conversations with stakeholders around planning, prioritization, and value realization
  • Drive Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) by managing renewals and identifying expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS Customer Success or Account Management with enterprise customers
  • Experience in managing commercial outcomes and leading renewal negotiations
  • Knowledge of key personas such as Project/Product/Program Managers and Jira Admins
  • Highly organized and proactive, motivated by customer outcomes
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-scaling, cross-functional environment
